**Job description**

Flaviant Network Private Limited is an Ed-Tech Organisation looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated (Employee Engagement Specialist).

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Understand the company’s employee engagement strategy and objectives, and work with managers to ensure it is being executed
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction levels and identify any areas of concern
- Work with managers to develop action plans to address any areas of dissatisfaction identified through employee check-ins
- Organize and facilitate monthly team-building activities
- Plan and execute company-wide events aimed at boosting morale and fostering a positive work environment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and make recommendations for improvements to management
- Keep abreast of changes in the company’s organizational structure and employee demographics, and adjust engagement strategies accordingly
- Collect data on employee engagement levels through surveys and focus groups, and analyse results to identify trends
- Prepare reports on employee engagement for upper management
- Assist with the development and implementation of new employee onboarding programs
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking information on company policies and procedures
- Handle employee complaints in a confidential and professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
