- Requirements: Minimum 10 years work experience as a Chef of which 5 years experience should be as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with international standards. Preferably experience in Continental, Indian, including Grills

**Full Job Description**
- All rounder chef with an ability to cook Indian and Continental dishes.
- Estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Production, preparation and presentation of food to the highest quality at all times.
- Maintain highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food safety, storage, preparation.
- Thorough knowledge & experience in all continental menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards whilst controlling costs.
- Follow good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
- Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.
- Effective teamwork.
- Ensure correct use of equipment and utensils.
- Periodically check the expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the relevant section.
- Team working

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
