Designation :Customer Relations Executive
- Job Location : Ambedkar Rd, Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400027 - Mumbai
- Working hrs. : 10 AM TO 6:30 PM
- Salary Range CTC - 3 - 5 LPA
- Preference : Female
- Age criteria : 25-35 years
Qualification :Undergraduate / Graduate
- **Industry : Real estate**
**Good communication; Verbal & written is important.**
- **Job Roles & Responsibility**_
1. Calling customers to understand the priority before the OC is received. 2. Confirming schedule of possession 1 day prior on calls. 3. Addressing customers queries/concerns while signing possession documents on the day of possession. 4. Escorting customers to the respective flats. 5. Preparation of possession documents and consent letters. 6. Following up with Legal to ensure documents are received before time. 7. Coordinating with external vendors assigned and keeping them updated on the schedule. 8. Preparation of MIS for daily/weekly reports. 9. Handing over to Post Possession Team post the possession formalities are completed

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
