**What Work You Will be Responsible For**:

- **You manage relationships with all vendors, including negotiating contracts and managing budgets.**:

- **You manage office assets, office supplies, and furniture.**:

- **You handle administrative tasks, managing travel arrangements, office related events management, and maintaining records.**:

- **Manage Transport facility of female employees.**:

- **Coordination with employees on regular basis related to travel management**:

- **You oversee the purchasing process, including placing orders, tracking inventory, and managing budgets.**:
**Basic qualifications for the opportunity**:

- **You have proven 4+ yrs. of work experience in office management, office operations, office administration & office travel & event management.**:

- **You have a bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.**:

- **You have excellent organizational and time management skills.**:

- **You are experienced in vendor management and purchasing.**:

- **You can work independently and in a team environment.**:

- **You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.**:

- **You have strong communication skills.**:
