**The Position / About The Job**
In this job the Project Coordinator would be responsible for:
**Key Tasks And Responsibilities**
- Ensure smooth operations & good liasoning amongst internal customers regarding infrastructure maintenance and upkeep as needed.
- Coordinate for work orders, work certification and payments.
- To ensure the legal compliance of contractors & vendors before commencing the works.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes through proper change management in project scope, schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and their mitigation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Overall responsibility for coordination for civil repair works at Factory and new projects of the company.
- Maintain a record of rents, and agreements for the premises. Ensure timely updating of the agreements.
- Overall responsibility for coordination for civil repair works of the Factory. Overview projects related to real estate to ensure the daily maintenance of the building components on the premises
**Who you are?**
As a person who is responsible for coordinate day-to-day project related activities like maintenance & project/program/ PMO team in all areas of a project’s activities in accordance with project methodology to reach the desired outcome.
**What you can be?**
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant working experience.
- BE Civil with relevant experience in the same field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Expertise in Coordination with external/internal customers.
- Maintenance activity related to Civil & MEP works.
- Exposure to brownfield & Greenfield project management, administration & construction management.
- Expertise in Coordination with external/internal customers.
- Must be multi-tasking to handle queries and issues on multiple location.
- Ensure that all deadlines are met as per reporting is concerned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹23,475.32 - ₹44,451.73 per month
