Position Overview:
A Field Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between a company and its target audience by executing strategic marketing initiatives directly in the field. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to engage potential customers, promote products or services, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives. Implement these strategies effectively to maximize reach and impact.
- **Executing Promotional Activities**: Organize and execute various promotional activities such as product demonstrations, sampling programs, roadshows, and events to engage with the target audience and generate leads.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential areas for marketing activities, understand consumer preferences, and gather competitive intelligence. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Building Relationships**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, retailers, vendors, and partners. Establish rapport to drive brand loyalty and foster long-term customer engagement.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to sales teams, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders on marketing initiatives, product knowledge, and promotional strategies to ensure effective implementation at the local level.
- **Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor the performance of field marketing activities, track key metrics, and analyze results to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize future marketing efforts.
- **Budget Management**: Manage allocated budgets for field marketing activities efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to financial guidelines.
- **Brand Representation**: Serve as the brand ambassador in the field, maintaining a professional image and upholding brand values at all times. Consistently reinforce brand messaging and positioning in interactions with customers and partners.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in marketing strategies and tactics. Proactively suggest enhancements to enhance the impact and relevance of field marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with the ability to translate them into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Flexibility to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and seize opportunities in the field marketing landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
