We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Sunflower Trip Pvt. Ltd. This role is pivotal in promoting our travel services, building brand awareness, and driving sales growth. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase our market presence, attract new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Growth**:Identify and develop sales opportunities in the tourism industry.
Generate leads, pitch services to potential clients, and close sales deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

**Marketing Strategy**:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.

**Client Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide excellent customer service, address client inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues promptly.

**Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify potential market segments, trends, and opportunities.
Analyze customer feedback and data to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Sales and Marketing Reporting**:Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics and ROI analysis.
Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Enthusiasm for the travel industry and a deep understanding of tourist destinations and services.
