Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of solar panels. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and selling solar panels to customers. This role involves regular travel using a bike to meet customers within a designated territory. Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English, as well as workable knowledge in MIS and Excel, is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate solar panel products to prospective customers.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports using MIS and Excel.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote solar panels.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns.
