**What you’ll do**:
This position will be based in Pune and will be in GSC CoE. The principal role of this position is to support Aerospace Business in US region in the tactical procurement activities. This includes understanding materials to be purchased, negotiations with suppliers and the ongoing supplier relationship management. This is a single site role with assignment to remote plant location. This position requires the incumbent to work in US shifts.
- Able to understand end to end Purchase cycle.
- Transition process knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Communicates with Plant/Site Buyers on the actions and resolutions.
- Working Knowledge of ERP
- Conduct cost analysis, cost estimations of outsourced parts, should costing.
- Should have hands on experience of Part Rationalization, Standardization.
- Development of ad-hoc analysis supporting operational and project needs
- Experience with common data science toolkits, such as Data Analysis toolkit in MS Excel.
- Follow through the timelines committed and can work on tight deadlines.
- Able to handle multiple projects within and outside function.
- Able to identify optimization and automation scope.
- Work with leadership to prioritize business and information needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Database concept
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis."

Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA
5+

**Skills**:
Sound knowledge of End to End Purchase
English Communication, Verbal & written, sound knowledge of MS Office tools
