Position: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Permanent Work from Home / Remote
Employment Type: Part-Time
Shift Timing: US Shift - 5 pm to 2 am IST
The Personal Assistant to CEO will support the coordination between the Leads/Managers.
Some of the responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Calendar and Schedule Management - Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Managing Meetings
- Attend meetings, take minutes, assign to the concerned persons and follow up on action items.
Prepare and edit required documents, presentations, and reports.
- Interdepartmental Coordination - Co-ordinate with various teams related to their task.
- Travel Arrangements
- Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and other transportation.
- Information Management - Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Organise and maintain electronic files, databases, and records. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested.
- Administrative Support - Provide general administrative support, and act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
1) MUST - Experience or good understanding in Web3/Blockchain space.
2) Comfortable Working in US Time Zone - after 6 PM Indian Standard Time.
3) Excellent communication skill in English is MUST.
4) Excellent organizational and time management skills
5) Presentable with Professional demeanor, integrity, and a proactive mindset.
6) Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom and scheduling/calendar software.
7) Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
8) Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
Post Graduate / Graduate with minimum 2 years of working experience as Executive Support/ Assistant.
