Summary
- Assists in the preparation of the Food & Beverage Departmental Operations Manual.
- Administrates all employee training records, ensuring that they are kept up to date.
- Administrates, coordinates and monitors the "Training for your future" programme.
- Responsible for the timely completion and submittal of training records and reports.
- Assists in the administration of claims for training activities.
- Assists to coordinate and monitor the hotel's Training Plan and Calendar.
- Assist to coordinate the compilation and review of the hotel's Departmental Operations Manuals.
- Advises the Training Manager of any new support material that would be beneficial to the hotel.
- Monitors the performance of the Trainees ensuring they are developed to their maximum potential and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
