**Position**: Client Servicing Executive

**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra

**Experience**: 1-3 yrs

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Every day is different and exciting for a **Client Servicing Executive**, but routine tasks include updating status reports for clients, receiving changes from clients, writing briefs and relaying those with the creative team.
- You’ll also be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved.
- Receive, coordinate & assign existing client requests.
- Capability to write clear creative briefs with possible insights based on client inputs for creative development.
- Quality assurance including proofreading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and brand mandates.
- Help in meeting business goals with a keen eye for opportunities to generate revenue for the firm.
- Tracking job delivery and timely approvals of budgets and preparation of invoices.
- In short, the Client Servicing Executive is accountable for all aspects of the delivery of work to the client. You will also have an opportunity to contribute to creative development and digital marketing.

**Requirements & Qualification**
- Graduate or a Postgraduate in **Finance**.
- Exposure to digital platforms & a reasonable digital footprint of himself/herself.
- Should have the **knowledge & experience handling financial brands** like Investment, Insurance, Mutual Funds etc. brands.

**Skill Sets**
- Strong communication skills.
- Reading & researching abilities.
- **Good presentation skills both in development and delivery.**:

- **Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word is a must.**:

- Strong servicing mindset that is responsive and proactive.
- Creative thinking ability with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of film & video production process (animation & shoot based) will be an added benefit.
