Position: Client Servicing Executive

Location: Borivali ( W)

Experience: 1-1.5 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding client needs and expectations.
**Project Coordination**:Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client objectives.
**Communication and Reporting**:Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and key milestones.
Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting achievements and addressing any concerns.
**Issue Resolution**:Proactively identify and address client concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions.
**Client Satisfaction**:Monitor and measure client satisfaction levels.
Implement strategies to enhance overall client experience and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-1.5 years of proven experience in client servicing or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with the [industry or specific domain] is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
