Position: Chef & Food Tester for Multiple Cuisines
Experience: 3-7 years (mandatory)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
1)Menu Development & Testing: Create and test recipes for a variety of cuisines, ensuring that each dish meets the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
2)Quality Control: Conduct regular taste tests to maintain consistency in flavor and texture across all dishes, while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
3)Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to innovate and improve menu offerings, contributing to new product launches and seasonal specials.
4)Training & Supervision: Guide and train kitchen staff on preparation techniques, recipe execution, and quality control processes to ensure the highest standards are met.
5)Inventory Management: Oversee the selection and use of ingredients, managing inventory to minimize waste and ensure fresh, high-quality supplies are available.
**Requirements**:
1)Proven experience of 3-7 years as a Chef, with expertise in multiple cuisines.
2)Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and culinary techniques.
3)Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on detail and precision.
4)Passion for culinary arts and a deep understanding of flavors and ingredients.
5)Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
