**Role Summary**:
As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing relationships with our clients and customers. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and optimizing the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, and supporting various teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Tours and Onboarding**:

- Schedule and lead tours for prospective clients, showcasing the facility’s features and benefits.
- Welcome walk-ins and provide tours to showcase the facility to interested individuals.

**Complaint Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a positive experience for members and clients.

**Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Understand client needs and preferences to enhance overall satisfaction.
