**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our automation solutions in the Bangalore or Chennai region. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify and target new clients, and manage existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

2. Identify and target potential customers and markets for our automation solutions

3. Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

5. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors

7. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

8. Manage and train a team of sales representatives

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

2. 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automation industry

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong negotiation and closing skills

5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

7. Willingness to travel and own vehicle is needed

**Location**: Pune

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
