1.Creating & Sharing the Key Accounts Customer MIS on Daily Basis.

3.Attending the Customer Complaints & Providing the Solution on time

4.Handling Customer Queriers, Complaints, Escalations Issues on top Most Priority until Resolving Query.

5.Interact with Agents for retrieving the Pending Shipment

6.Coordinate with Concern HUB Incharge to Attended & retrived the Complaints

7.POD Followup with Respective Branch & CP for Key Account Customer

8.Feed-Back Collecting from Key Account Customer

9.Monitoring the Pending Shipments on Priorty Basis & Arrange to Delivery

10.Highlighting with the Agents Complaints to Channel Head & Customer Care Manager

11.Sales call to Customer from the database received from the management to identify new Business Opportunities and to Schedule Appointment for Meeting

12.Pickup Organized for Required Customer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,052.32 - ₹25,273.19 per month
