**About the role**
**Role responsibilities**
- Ensuring Booking SLAs are met
- Responsible for handling support issues from Doctors
- Responsible for handling customer support issues & meeting SLA’s
- Communicate between Operations Team & Customer Support team
**What you will be doing first up**
- Learn the internal processes
- Assigning appointments to the Doctor
- Managing the flow of patients & ensuring booking SLAs are met
- Single point of contact for the Doctor and any of their issues
- Handling Customer support issues
- Assisting Communications Specialist with support queries
- Assume Communications Specialists roles when they are not available
**Working relationships**

- Patients, Doctors, and Pharmacies
**About you**

**Bonus points if you have**
- Prior startup experience
- Prior experience in Customer Support/Communication role or Operations
- Managing and scaling Customer Support team
**Remuneration**
- Base salary commensurate with skill & experience
