Key Responsibilities:•Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.•Providing information, guidance, and assistance to customers in a courteous manner.• Logging and managing customer interactions accurately in our systems.•Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:•Any Graduate.• Strong communication skills in English.•Customer-focused with a desire to assist and resolve issues.•Ability to work on a night shift schedule.•Prior customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Batch - 2023 Passed out eligible (Immediate joiners preferred).
Batch - 2024 Also eligible to attend but must be ready to join if selected immediately and permission will be given for students to take university exams.
