About us

Role
- The Conference Team Intern will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of IAMAI conferences and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with conference logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor selection, and budgeting.
- Support with speaker coordination and travel arrangements.
- Create and maintain event timelines and agendas.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials for conferences and events.
- Manage online registration platforms and attendee communication.
- Assist with on-site event operations, including registration, set-up, and breakdown.
- Support the conference team with any additional tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who is eager to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
