-Job description:

The applicant shall work with the team for execution & sponsorship of the events, conferences along with production of events from conception to completion

Events can include:

  • Conferences & Seminars
  • Short Roundtable Discussions
  • Offsites

-Roles and responsibilities:


You will be expected to carry out tasks that are assigned to you from time to time by the Reporting Manager at the association.


However, your primary responsibilities are detailed below:

  • Person shall work with manager for executing allotted events of the association in profitable and proper manner.
  • Will work on database generation and database management for the association and events as guided by manager.
  • Will participate in delegate marketing and acquisition, sponsorships, promotion activities, laisoning with speakers and delegates as and when needed.
  • Contacting social media influencers for promoting the event


 Handling logistics
  • Venue, Lighting, speakers, transportation, caters etc.
  • Negotiating with vendors
  • Helping with preevent press release and post event press release
  • Helping to Managing complete event
  • Marketing, Operations, Website, Speakers & Delegates
  • Will closely work with manager for event closing and making post event reports
You shall be allocated specific teams and tasks on joining.

-Qualification and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
  • Student with 60% above marks or excellent GPA/ CGPA only required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be preferred.
  • Ability to work under extreme deadlines.
