**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- **Scheduling and Appointments**: Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and schedule appointments as needed.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with data entry, filing, correspondence, and other clerical tasks.
- **Facility Coordination**: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable; manage office supplies and inventory.
- **Customer Service**: Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization’s services and policies.
- **Mail and Deliveries**: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages promptly.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a related customer service role.
- **Education**: Graduate or equivalent.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organization**: Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Professionalism**: Polished appearance and demeanor, with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick thinker with the ability to address unexpected challenges calmly and effectively.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
