- **Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, key competitors, and emerging trends to inform campaign strategies.
- Set up and monitor key performance metrics, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and web development, to ensure consistent messaging, brand guidelines, and optimized user experiences.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and maximize results.
- Monitor marketing budgets, allocate spend effectively, and provide budget forecasts to meet business objectives.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices, ensuring all campaigns adhere to legal and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 6 months - 2 years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in an ed-tech background catering to working professionals.
- Solid understanding of key performance metrics, conversion tracking, and analytics, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and the ability to spot trends and patterns in data.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
