Performance Marketer

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Manage the end-to-end process of website building and optimization, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, including copywriters, designers, and web developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization within the performance marketing landscape.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analyze data to derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and website development.
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for paid marketing campaigns and website projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and collaboration within the marketing team to drive results and achieve organizational objectives.
**Requirements**:
- 4-5 years of experience as Performance Marketer.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successfully managing paid campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, with hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated expertise in website development and optimization, with a deep understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX) best practices, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Webflow.
- Prior experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and implement optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, or web development are a plus.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
