Administrative Assistant/personal Assistant

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Conduct research and compile reports as required
- Manage and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Organize and attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items
- Provide administrative support as needed, including drafting correspondence, creating presentations, and managing files
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other team members, clients, and vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in similar field or Fresher
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
