**Responsibilities**:
Manage the financial & tax operations, adhere to compliance needs and maintain the books of the business in order to help it run efficiently.
Role accountabilities:
1. Prepare letters, declarations, and statements for vendors, agencies, and mca.
2. Compile and analyze account information for asset, liability, and capital entries.
3. Maintain bookkeeping and document financial transactions.
4. Summarize current financial status.
5. Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
6. Audit documents to substantiate financial transactions.
7. Establish and maintain accounting controls.
8. Recommend policies and procedures for accounting.
9. Reconcile account information to identify and resolve discrepancies.
10. Analyze accounting options and provide insights for financial decision-making.
11. Verify documentation and process vendor payments.
12. Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of receipts.
13. Compute and prepare tax calculations, including TDS, GST, pt, and duties.
14. Safeguard financial information through regular database backups.
