Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

The DME Credentialing Specialist is tasked with maintaining providers' active status by successfully completing initial and subsequent credentialing packages as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
Understand and stay updated on credentialing requirements with insurance companies.

Investigate and follow up on claims work queue.

Manage facility enrollment as necessary.

Monitor providers' credentials and licenses.

Guide providers through renewal procedures.

Obtain and implement NPI numbers for each provider.

Utilize a system to track credentialing information accurately and confidentially.

Complete necessary forms/documents for DME provider numbers by location and manage re-certification timelines.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all data.

Generate reports for various stakeholders, including the Credentialing Committee and clinics.

Develop, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures for credentialing.

Educate providers on credentialing policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Credentialing Specialist handling DME accounts.

Familiarity with medical and DME terminology.

Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
