Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Experience working with multiple lines of Commercial Coverages.
- Ability to manage a book of business. Ability to handle new and renewal submissions.
- Prior experience in a client facing role.
- Manage the client pipeline and be responsible for providing timely and professional day
- to-day client services
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate rates and coverage options for clients
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage details and answering any questions, they may have
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and expand the client base
- Other tasks as assigned to you.
**Skills**:
- MUST HAVE an active Texas P&C Insurance license
- A minimum of 3 years industry experience showing increasing responsibility directly related to the performance of the above duties
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes and regulations
- Proven sales skills, including telemarketing experience, to generate leads and close sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
