**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain and update appointment calendars and schedule meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company’s services.
- Assist in maintaining security by monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, etc.).
