Position Name: - Customer Suppport Assosiate

Experience
- 6 Month to 2 Years

Location Moti Nagar (Walking from Moti Nagar Metro Station)

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
- Supporting the customer on Inbound calls.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Providing detailed information to customers.
- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- **No Sales, No Target Involved in this Job.**:

- **Fresher with Good Communication Skill and Dedication towards Working can also apply.**:

- **Knowing of Bengali Language will be added an advantage.**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
