The agent will also be required to communicate with the prospects at different stages, through different channels, and escalate issues for a swift resolution.

Requirements 1 . Respond to customer queries as per the agreed KPI
2. Act as the first touchpoint for all fresh enquiries, generate interest in the product and qualify the lead into the sales journey
3. Provide support through inbound and outbound calling, emails and chats
4. Escalate issues/tickets to other departments as per the requirements and follow up for customer response and ticket closure
5. Assist in creating ways to deliver excellent customer support to irate or dissatisfied customers
6. Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods to increase CSAT score.
7. Uphold the brand values and communication standards throughout all conversations.
Requirements
