**Role Overview**:
We’re searching for a committed **Customer Support Associate **to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily scrap pickup operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and enhancing the efficiency of our support systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Route Management**: Plan and oversee pickup truck routes for the next day, and manage real-time operations to ensure smooth execution.
- **Customer Assistance**: Deliver top-quality support to customers via phone and WhatsApp, addressing their queries and resolving any issues.
- **Pickup Coordination**: Allocate pickups to drivers and optimize routes to guarantee timely and effective collections.
- **Process Improvement**: Develop and refine processes to boost the efficiency of customer support operations.
- **Issue Management**: Serve as a liaison between customers and pickup teams, effectively managing and resolving complaints and issues.
**Who Should Apply**:
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in customer support or operations, ideally within a startup or similar setting.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with experience managing multiple tasks effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Comfort Level**: Comfortable handling phone calls, both inbound and outbound.
