**Position**: Customer Support Representative

**Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.

**Communication Skills**: Communicate professionally and empathetically, tailoring responses to meet individual customer needs and maintain a positive customer experience.

**Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and any relevant information in the customer support database.

**Technical Support**: Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing step-by-step guidance if necessary.

**Product Training**: Stay up-to-date with product updates and changes, and assist in training customers on new features or functionalities.

**Sales Support**: Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and pass leads to the sales team when appropriate.

**Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers to help improve products, services, and the customer support process.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, including other support team members and supervisors, to resolve complex issues and share best practices.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with established customer service standards and procedures.

**Documentation Updates**: Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

**Time Management**: Efficiently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).

**Flexibility**: Adapt to changing customer needs, work schedules, and departmental priorities.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and promote brand loyalty.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:
