DESIGNATION: Call Centre Executive JOB DESCRIPTION As a Call Centre Executive at Medulance Healthcare Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. You will assist clients with inquiries, provide information about our healthcare services, and ensure timely resolution of issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle various customer situations professionally.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take inbound calls and collect data like patient details (pick and drop location, age, weight, disease, weight, special health supporting tools requirement).
- Make Outbound calls to confirm schedule activity as vendor price and availability
- Book and dispatch ambulances at accurate times with numerous follow ups.
- collect payment as per organization norms.
- Take follow up for billing and remuneration.
- Take & Update feedback for the service improvement.
- Communicate with customers in a timely and accurate way.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Handle data entry in various platforms.

**KEY SKILLS**
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays -Good computer skills, Excel & MS Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of healthcare services is an advantage

**LOCATION**

Delhi

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
