Direct Sales Executive

We are a leading company in the travel industry, offering exceptional vacation experiences and tailored travel packages to our valued members. We are currently seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our direct sales team and contribute to our growth and success.
**Position Summary**: As a Direct Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving holiday package sales by delivering inspiring presentations to pre-invited prospects at our venue or door to door visit. You will focus on converting prospects into satisfied members through effective communication, persuasive presentations, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Good communication skills and Making powerful sales presentations resulting in a high conversion ratio.
- Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment
- Prepare pre-sales proposals tailored to the interests and needs of potential clients.
- Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Providing necessary support in booking first-time holidays for new members.
- Maintaining consistent average productivity.
- Give sales presentations related to tours and travel packages to the families already invited to the venue.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Experience 2 to 3 years and freshers also welcome.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information confidently and persuasively.
- A results-driven attitude with a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
