Manager to play a crucial role in our strategic channel expansion efforts. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic individual who can drive the success of our value-added channel ecosystem within the assigned territory.

**Role Overview**: As a **Sales Manager** or **Sales Executive** at MCT, your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute our Channels Strategy within the designated territory. You will be instrumental in building, recruiting, enabling, and managing an expanding channel ecosystem to drive business growth. This role requires a unique blend of operational and strategic acumen, making it an exciting and dynamic opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and scale a robust channel ecosystem to drive new business growth within the assigned territory, utilizing effective channel prospecting methods.
Collaborate with your manager to execute channel partner onboarding, enablement, and business planning (sales/demand gen) activities.
Work closely with the Territory Sales Manager to ensure continuous execution of the Sales portion of Business Planning by channel partners (account mapping, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting).
Manage inbound channel leads in accordance with your manager's guidance.
Act as the main point of contact for channel partners in the territory, overseeing tactical and operational aspects of the relationships.
Cultivate thought leadership and establish a trusted advisory relationship with partners, customers, and prospects.
Assist partners in developing and executing effective sales strategies for selling MCT products, solutions, and services to exceed sales quotas.
Articulate value propositions to partners and customers that align with their specific needs and requirements.
Maintain comprehensive account and opportunity details in the CRM system, including account business plans, customer interactions, and sales inhibitors.
Provide accurate revenue projections and forecasts to the management team.
Consistently exceed annual quota, with monthly performance measurement.
Demonstrate excellence in customer interactions and product promotion while upholding our commitment to high-quality service.
Cultivate expertise in cybersecurity and use this knowledge to drive future planning and growth.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 - 10 years of experience in Channel and Business Development, including a minimum of 1 year in security and/or enterprise software sales (bonus points for experience in selling cybersecurity

solutions to larger companies).
Professional proficiency in English.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas by building, recruiting, enabling, and managing a productive channel partner ecosystem.

Technical familiarity with cybersecurity products, operating systems, and experience articulating technology and value propositions to both end-users and C-level executives.
Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales through channel partners.
Excellent time management skills, ability to work autonomously and with self-direction.
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit, quick adaptability, and a track record of exceeding sales goals.

**Experience** **with SIEM, IDAM, NMS**, and ITSM products is required.
Willingness to travel as required to engage with channel partners, customers, and attend company meetings.

Strong ethical conduct and professionalism.
Exceptional team player and communicator.
