Position: IT Sales Executive

Overview: The IT Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and revenue of the company's IT products and services. They are responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their technology requirements, and presenting suitable solutions to meet their needs. The IT Sales Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment or territory. This involves researching potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and proposing relevant products or services to address those requirements.

Sales and Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop a pipeline of prospective customers. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and achieve sales goals.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Analyze market data to identify areas of growth and potential business opportunities.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals and quotations based on clients' specific needs and project requirements.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote the company's IT products and services, ensuring maximum customer acquisition and retention.

Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to the management team.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and technical support to ensure seamless customer onboarding, delivery, and after-sales service.

Client Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients to understand their changing needs.

Sales Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and refine sales techniques, tools, and processes to optimize performance and achieve higher conversion rates.

Attend Events and Conferences: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote the company's IT products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- Proven track record of successful IT sales experience, preferably in selling software solutions, IT services, or related technology products.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
