Job Summary:
The Field Executive for ERP Sales in the Textile &
Garment Industry plays a crucial role in promoting and selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of businesses within the têxtile and garment sector. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, understanding their operational challenges, and presenting ERP solutions that can enhance their business processes and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients within the têxtile and garment industry who could benefit from ERP solutions.
Research and gather information about the potential clients' business operations, challenges, and requirements.
Client Relationship Building:
Build strong rapport and relationships with key decision - makers and stakeholders in the target companies.
Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and goals.
Collaborate with the technical team to translate client requirements into ERP solution offerings.
Solution Presentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase how the ERP solution can address the specific needs of the clients.
Customize presentations to highlight the benefits of the
ERP solution for the têxtile and garment industry.
Proposal and Negotiation:
Create detailed proposals outlining the recommended ER P solution, including features, functionalities, pricing, and implementation timelines.
Participate in negotiations to address client queries, concerns, and objections, aiming to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Closure:
Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and onboarding.
Market Insights:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings related to ERP solutions in the têxtile and garment sector.
Provide valuable insights to the company to enhance the
ERP solution's competitiveness.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the company's CRM system.
Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile
Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record of successful B2B sales, preferably in the software/technology industry or within the têxtile and garment sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to comprehend complex client requirements and translate them into comprehensive ERP solutions.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
Familiarity with the specific challenges and workflows of the têxtile and garment industry is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
