**Project Planning and Coordination**: Lead the planning and coordination of civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects while optimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide leadership and guidance to the civil engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of workmanship and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with civil engineering projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering principles, methods, and best practices to support project planning and execution.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, systems, and methodologies related to civil engineering project management.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**: Stay abreast of relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance and adherence to all requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in civil engineering project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques, with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management principles as they relate to civil engineering projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 2 years (preferred)
- Project engineering: 2 years (preferred)
- AutoCAD: 2 years (preferred)
