- Conduct comprehensive costing, budgeting, and forecasting activities to optimize financial planning.
- Analyze the financials of the group, providing insightful reports to aid strategic decision making.

8. **Accounts Finalization**:

- Lead the finalization of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

9**. Cost Control and Variance Analysis**:

- Implement robust cost control measures, conducting variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

10**. Representation in Board Meetings**:

- Act as the representative for the company in board meetings, crafting and delivering presentations.
- Organize board meetings, ensuring a smooth and effective flow of communication between stakeholders.

11**. Financial Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess financial risks to the company and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement risk management policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and financial stability.

12. **Financial Systems Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Implement technological solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve data accuracy.

13. **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, such as Operations, Sales, and Human Resources, to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
- Provide financial expertise and support to cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.

**Salary**: Up to 70-80 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)

Pay: ₹7,000,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
