- Grade - Assistant Manager

**Key responsibilities**
- To ensure that the company operates within all financial, legal and statutory regulations
- Responsible for communication with shareholders and for related administrative tasks
- Maintaining statutory records
- Organizing and preparing the minutes for shareholders and other related meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
