**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
- Handling various activities for Board Committee & General Meetings, drafting of secretarial documents including annual reports, Minutes of meeting and Notices etc.
- Handling Secretarial Audit of the Company.
- Filing of Statutory returns with Regulatory Authorities
- Monitoring all Statutory Compliance of Group Companies
- Vetting of Legal Contracts & Agreements
- Handling all Secretarial & Legal Compliances
- To handle Legal Matters independently & to assist the company secretarial work
- Monitoring compliance with various applicable laws.
- Listed Company experience & LPD experience.
