**Responsibilities**:
On-Field Visits:

- Execute planned on-field visits to hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other HORECA establishments according to the assigned journey plan.

Customer Engagement:

- Engage with existing and potential customers using effective communication scripts tailored to the HORECA industry.

Product Knowledge:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the products/services offered to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and relevance to HORECA clients.

Sales Strategy Development:

- Contribute to the formulation and execution of strategic sales plans specific to the HORECA sector, aiming to surpass set targets.

Lead Generation:

- Demonstrate a successful history of generating leads within the HORECA segment, employing various methods to create new sales opportunities.

Client Acquisition:

- Proactively acquire new clients within the HORECA industry through strategic on-field efforts, expanding the customer base.

Sales Presentations:

- Showcase polished presentation skills during face-to-face interactions, effectively conveying product features and value propositions tailored to HORECA needs.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Understanding Customer Requirements:

- Pose relevant questions to HORECA clients to comprehend their specific requirements and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Query Resolution:

- Address and resolve queries and issues related to products and services promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Order Processing:

- Professionally handle the processing of product orders from HORECA clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Database Maintenance:

- Regularly update and maintain the customer database, keeping track of interactions, preferences, and other relevant information.

Customer Retention:

- Implement effective customer retention strategies within the HORECA sector, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Graduation completed.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience of 2-3 years in on-field sales or a similar role, with a focus on the HORECA industry.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in using CRM tools and other relevant sales and marketing software specific to the HORECA sector.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to tailor communication to the HORECA audience.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills, essential for building and maintaining relationships within the HORECA sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
