**Location**: Gurgaon

The role:

- The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating project activities, under the direction of the PMO Lead. The Project Coordinator will mainly be responsible to complete administrative tasks on PSA tool for the assigned projects as per the guidelines shared. The Project Coordinator, when assigned, should take minutes of meetings, schedule calls, update on project progress and status, follow up actions and assist Project Lead with the updating project documents. The Project Coordinator will be expected to manage projects in BAU phase and monitor the scope, time, budget and quality expectations according to the SoftwareONE Delivery Methodology.

- Assist Team lead in various process improvement initiatives such as conducting data quality checks in PSA, and ServiceNow, etc.
- Where appropriate, attend meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Effectively and accurately monitor & communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
- Solid problem solving skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong business acumen
