- Job Description: Program management experience - ability to manage a project work plan and update accordingly
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ability to prioritize work load
- Ability to connect the dots between workstreams, reports, and programs
- Ability to think ahead and proactivity execute on follow-up actions
- Confidence to speak up on team calls, ask questions and provide data to support decision making
- Ability to think outside the box - some jobs are not a cut & paste exercise
- Ability to track budget usage and estimate completion dates/budget consumption
- Ability to set up meeting agendas
- Ability to take summarized notes that capture key actions
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to proactively manage reporting deadlines and prepare draft reports for my review at least 2 days prior to deadlines
- Ability to work with global financial data and produce slides that slice and dice data in various formats (Powered BI experience a plus)
- Proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills are mandatory
- TEAMS and Source skills are a plus
