Job Description :

Function : Technical Management - Project Management

- PMO Strategic Planning PPT PIT Project Management Microsoft Excel

-As a Project Management Office (PMO) member, your role is crucial for ensuring projects within the organization are executed and delivered successfully.

- You'll provide governance, standardization, and support to project teams across different departments.

- Your main goal is to improve project management practices, streamline processes, and promote communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the PMO director to support the development and implementation of the PMO's strategic plan aligned with the organization's goals.

- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance.

- Develop project management methodologies, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency, and Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the PMO.

- Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

- Evaluate project proposals and recommend appropriate resource allocation.

- Establish and enforce project management standards and methodologies.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

- Optimize resource utilization across projects and programs.

- Monitor and manage the allocation of resources to ensure efficient project delivery.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects.

- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions.

- Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

- Develop and implement training programs for project managers and team members.

- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Requirements :

- 8 -12 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint Presentations.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
