**JD**:

- Ensure data integrity, security, and system stability through regular audits, troubleshooting, and maintenance._
- Monitoring overall System Health Check Up - Key checks around Security, risks etc. (Certificates, tokens, identity management, CSRF, vulnerability etc.)_
- Design proactive monitoring dashboards and automated alerts_
- Monitor Salesforce System Overviews to assess the usages of API’s, User Licenses, Schema, Automations etc._
- Maintain the Salesforce platform across Dev, Non-Prod, PT, Prod_
- Run Salesforce optimizer Report to share with implementations and Support team to flag any key technical limits and what can be the preventive measures for the same._
- Salesforce Component Deployments from org to org._
- Sandbox refresh activities. Sandbox Creation activities._
- Review and enable any critical fixes provided by Salesforce for any issues_
- _Manage code commits, security scans and deployments through the pipeline._
- Handson usage of Github, Jenkins, Salesforce CLI, Visual studio code would be useful_
- Integration with various systems and understanding of connectors_
- Installing any app exchange packages._
- Salesforce Performance monitoring by Anypoint dashboards_
- Reports and Dashboard Access: Manage, Run, extract reports on demand basis for any objects._
- Salesforce Backend access: Run Ad-hoc basis batch jobs, perform query analysis, custom metadata, custom settings and custom label access._
- Manage Backup, Restore, Archival and Purging of data as per the defined intervals with Privacy centre, Odaseva tools_
- Verify User’s access Management to support UAM team on their queries basis functional understanding_
- Technical knowhow for any queries raised by Users as BSG is going to be the first line of POC for the actual users._
- Support UAT, PT teams and others for any specific access, controls, and enablement pertaining to SF org_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
