Post Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage post-sales processes including documentation, customer service, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and customer service to ensure smooth transition from sale to ownership.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing and conducting post-sale events and activities to foster a sense of community among buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of post-sales activities and customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
