Job Summary:
As a Post Sales Executive in the Agrotech industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients after the sale of our agricultural technology products or services. Your primary responsibilities will include providing support, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with product or service-related issues. You will act as a bridge between our customers and the company, helping to build trust and enhance our reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to customers, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with technical problems related to our agrotech products or services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction. Regularly check in with customers to gather feedback and address their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our agrotech products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates to effectively assist customers.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner, working closely with the technical support team when necessary to resolve technical issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions, providing valuable feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services that align with the customer's needs, contributing to revenue growth.
- Feedback Collection: Act as a conduit for gathering customer feedback on product performance, usability, and feature requests, and relay this information to the product development team.
- Training and Guidance: Assist customers with onboarding and provide training on how to effectively use our agrotech solutions, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on post-sales activities and customer feedback to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a post-sales or customer support role, preferably in the agrotech or agricultural industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with agrotech products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
