Overview:
As a Tour & Travel Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell travel packages to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in creating memorable travel experiences for customers by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and coordinating travel arrangements. This role requires a combination of sales skills, industry knowledge, and excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion:
Promote and sell a variety of travel packages, including tours, cruises, and vacation packages.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.

Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about travel destinations, trends, and industry developments to offer valuable insights to clients.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the company's travel offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Have a deep understanding of various travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

Booking and Coordination:
Handle booking processes, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless travel arrangements for clients.

Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and bookings.

Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as itineraries and tickets, are provided to clients.

Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other partners to negotiate favorable terms and access exclusive deals for clients.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other sales executives, travel agents, and support staff to achieve common goals and enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.

Familiarity with reservation systems and travel booking platforms.

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Travel industry certifications are a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
